Warranty Policy

At AR Finejewelry, we are committed to the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of every piece we create. To give you peace of mind, we provide a one-year warranty on all eligible jewelry, covering specific repairs and replacements under the conditions outlined below.

Warranty Period

Our one-year warranty begins from the delivery date of your order and applies to all eligible items purchased from AR Finejewelry.

Coverage

1. Stone Detachment

  • Center stones (≥ 0.4ct) falling off: Keep the stone safe and have it repaired by your local jeweler. We will reimburse up to $100 with the invoice or receipt.

  • Lost center stones: If a center stone is lost, you are responsible for 30% of the order amount to replace it. Please return the ring for inspection and repair.

  • Accent stones (< 0.4ct) falling off: For the first-time incident, we will send replacement stones free of charge. You may have them set locally, and we will reimburse up to $100 per item (one-time only).

2. Loose Prongs
If the prongs of your jewelry become loose, a local jeweler can tighten them. We will reimburse up to $50 for a one-time repair.

3. Sterling Silver & Gold-Plated Jewelry

  • Gold-plated pieces may naturally tarnish or fade with daily wear.

  • If plating peels within six months, we offer a free replating service.

  • For a permanent solution, you can upgrade to solid gold by paying only the price difference.

4. Special Situations
Some rare or unique cases may arise that are not specifically listed above. We will evaluate each situation individually to ensure you receive fair and reasonable support.

What’s Not Covered

Damages caused by human/external factors are outside our warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.

How to Request Warranty Service

If your piece requires warranty service:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the jewelry.

  3. Our team will review your case and provide instructions, including return procedures and reimbursement details if applicable.
