We offer a variety of metal options, including sterling silver, gold-plated silver, solid gold (10K, 14K, 18K), platinum, and palladium. Transparency is at the heart of what we do — you’ll always know exactly what your piece is made of.

We offer both natural and lab-grown gemstones, tailored to each design and our customers’ preferences. Every stone is ethically sourced from trusted partners who uphold our commitment to responsible practices. Whether natural or lab-grown, each gem is carefully hand-selected for its brilliance, beauty, and individuality.

Each gemstone is securely set using professional jewelry techniques. However, with regular wear, prongs can gradually loosen over time. To ensure your stones remain secure and your setting stays in perfect condition, we recommend having your piece inspected by a local jeweler every 6–12 months.

Both our gemstones and gold are designed to retain their beautiful shine for years with proper care. However, exposure to lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals may cause some dullness over time. We recommend gently cleaning your jewelry with mild soap and warm water and storing it in a soft pouch when not in use.

For gold-plated pieces, a bit of fading is natural with daily wear and friction — the rate may vary depending on individual habits. To ensure you always feel confident in your piece, we offer a complimentary replating service or a material upgrade (covering only the price difference) for orders placed within 6 months.

Each piece goes through several meticulous quality inspections before leaving our workshop. From stone setting and polishing to engraving precision and overall craftsmanship — every detail is carefully reviewed. Only pieces that meet our highest standards are approved for shipment.

Our customization services are completely flexible, offering endless possibilities to create your perfect piece. You can personalize any existing design by adjusting stone types, shapes, arrangements, settings, band styles, or even subtle details like width and thickness.

If you’re dreaming of something truly one-of-a-kind, we also offer full custom design services. Simply share your inspiration, sketches, or reference photos with our team, and we’ll bring your vision to life — crafting a bespoke piece made exclusively for you.

Our Custom Fit Wedding Band service is perfect for those who already have an engagement ring and wish to pair it with a band that fits flawlessly.

We’ll request a few reference photos and measurements of your existing ring to create an accurate 3D model. Using advanced design tools, we carefully match the curve and structure of your ring, ensuring your new band complements it with a seamless, elegant fit.

Of course! If your size isn’t listed in the ring size dropdown, we can still create it for you. Simply leave a note with your exact size at checkout, or contact our customer service team beforehand, and we’ll confirm availability.

If your order has already entered production, some modifications may be limited. However, we’re happy to pause the process and review your customization requests with you. Changes that don’t affect the design’s structure can usually be made easily. For modifications requiring structural adjustments, production time may be extended, and an additional fee may apply along with any price difference.


Absolutely! You can select any font style to make your engraving truly personal. Just include the font name in the order note section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Not really. We can also include emojis to make your engraving extra special. If you have a custom icon, meaningful pattern, or something unique in mind, just share it with us. We’ll confirm what’s technically possible before production begins.

At AR FineJewelry, we take a mindful approach to every step of our jewelry-making process. Each piece is made to order, reducing overproduction and waste. Our artisans work in small studios using modern, low-emission tools, and we prioritize recycled metals and lab-grown gemstones whenever possible. For us, sustainability begins with intention — and we stay true to it.

Overpackaging isn’t part of our philosophy. Our standard packaging includes only what’s necessary: a sustainable jewelry box and a protective bubble mailer to keep your piece safe during transit. While it may seem “minimal,” simplifying packaging is a small but meaningful step toward reducing waste. For gifts, we use FSC-certified paper to ensure the unboxing experience is both beautiful and responsible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free within the United States. For international orders, fees typically range from USD $40–$100, depending on the destination. You can estimate shipping costs in your cart before checkout.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries and are the customer’s responsibility.


Each piece is made to order, so crafting takes time before shipment. Production time depends on the option you selected on the product page. Once your order is ready, delivery usually takes 5–13 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping costs to ensure a smooth process.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or issues caused by improper care. For example, exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme pressure, or issues caused by resizing with a third party.

If you believe your piece qualifies for warranty service, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your case and provide the next steps, including a return label if needed.


Yes! Even after the warranty period, we offer replating and other repair services. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the work. Simply contact us with a brief description of your request, and we’ll guide you through the process and provide our recommendations.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a lifetime warranty.

As a small business, we focus on creating high-quality, handcrafted jewelry at accessible prices, and we are unable to support long-term maintenance programs like some luxury brands. Our expertise is in designing and crafting new pieces rather than performing ongoing repair services.
